Free shipping

Every order ships free within the contiguous United States. No minimums, no codes needed, it's already built into our pricing.

Processing time

Orders are processed and packed within 1-2 business days of purchase. You'll get a confirmation email as soon as your order is placed, and a shipping confirmation with tracking once it's on its way.

Delivery time

Once shipped, most orders arrive within 5-7 business days, depending on your location. Processing time plus transit time means you can generally expect your robe within 6-9 business days of ordering.

Where we ship

Right now we ship to addresses within the contiguous United States. We don't currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, or internationally, but we're working on it, so check back.

Tracking your order

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow it the whole way to your door.

Delayed or missing packages

If your tracking shows delivered but you can't find your package, check around your property and with neighbors first, since carriers occasionally mark packages delivered a bit early. If it's still missing after 48 hours, email us at hey@sunswoon.com and we'll help sort it out.Questions
