Returns Policy

Not the right fit? No stress.

You have 30 days from the day your robe arrives to send it back for a full refund, minus shipping cost. Here’s what we ask:

-The robe is unworn, unwashed, and still has the tags on

-It’s in the same condition it arrived in

To start a return, email us at hey@sunswoon.com with your order number and we’ll walk

you through it. Once we get your robe back, refunds are processed within 5 to 7 business days to your original payment method.

Exchanges

Want a different colorway or size instead? Same process, just let us know in your email and we’ll get the new one headed your way as soon as we receive your return.

Damaged or wrong item?

If something arrives damaged or it’s not what you ordered, email us right away with a photo and we’ll make it right, no return necessary in most cases.
